Section 3(1) in The Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) Act, 2003
(1)For the purpose of regulating electricity industry in the State, the State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Commission by the name of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission.
