(f)the constitution of pension, provident fund, gratuity, General Insurance Scheme (G1S), medical allowance, insurances, Leave Travel Concession, two children fee reimbursements, family pension, soft loans etc., and other allowances/emoluments, establishment of insurance schemes for the benefit of officers, teachers, staff/employees of the University;
