(e)the work in compressed air in a cofferdam or caisson is,-(i)carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in the relevant national standards;(ii)carried out by such building workers who have completed eighteen years of age and are medically examined as required under rule 223;(iii)carried out under the supervision of a responsible person;
