04. 1.. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.

2.. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The victim appeared through video conferencing with the help of the concerned IIC as per order of the Court.

3. The petitioner being in custody in connection withDaringbadi Daringbadi P.S. Case No.81 of 2020,, corresponding toS.T .T Case No. 45 of 2020 pending before the court of Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Balliguda,, registered for the alleged offences under Sections- 417, 313, 506, 376(2)(n) and 34 of IPC, has filed this application under Section 439 of CrPC for his release on bail.

4. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the complainant and the petitioner were involved in a love affair. Subsequently, the complainant got pregnant with the // 2 // child of the petitioner. Owing to such circumstances the complainant time and again approached the petitioner to get married, married yetthe petitioner refused to marry her. However, he continued maintaining physical relationship with her. It is alleged that on 14.07.2020, the petitioner took the complainant to her sister's house and injected her with injections and fed her tablets which lead to the termination of her pregnancy.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a compromise settlement has been concluded amongst both the parties. The petitioner has been agreed to accept her as wife.

Considering

6.Considering the submissions made, facts and circumstances of the case as well as the compromise made between the parties, it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail with some stringent stringent terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Balligudain in the aforesaid case.

8. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
