Section 7(1) in THE TELANGANA DISASTER AND PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) ACT, 2020
(1)The Government may, by notification without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, make rules for carrying out any or all of the purposes of this Act.
