Section 158(2)(ii) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989

(ii)the Authority suspending or cancelling the permit shall send intimation to any Transport Authority by which the permit has been countersigned and to the Transport Authority in whose area the permit has been extended with effect from the time of suspension or cancellation.
