Section 14(1) in Kerala Scheduled Tribes (Restriction on Transfer of Lands and Restoration of Alienated Lands) Act, 1975
(1)No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the First Class shall try any offence punishable under this Act:Provided that the Government may constitute one or more than one special court exclusively for the trial of the offences under this Act.
