Section 2(31A) in West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003
(31A)"principal place of business" means any place of business where a dealer keeps all accounts, registers, documents, including those in the form of electronic records, and digital signature certificate granted under subsection (4) of section 35 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, relating to his business and, includes the chief branch or head office within West Bengal;
