(4)The Inspector shall issue written instructions for ensuring the compliance of [xxx] [Omitted by Punjab Government Notification No. GSR74/CA53/61/S.28/Amd.(1)/79, dated 1.6.1979.] the provisions contained in the Act and for the production of the records in his office within 24 hours of the conduct of the inspection in case where the records are not made available at the time of inspection for reasons beyond the control of the management.
