Section 20(1) in The M.P. Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1962
(1)The authorised officer shall enclose the things seized or retained in the special container provided for the purpose and seal the container with the special lead seals provided for the purpose in the presence of the owner or the person in-charge of the factory or where these are not present in the presence of two witnesses.
