Section 5(1) in The Orissa Industrial Housing Act, 1966
(1)The State Government may, by notification, constitute an Advisory Committee consisting of five members to be nominated by the State Government one of whom shall be appointed by the said Government to be the Chairman of the said Committee :Provided that the Advisory Committee shall include at least one member representing industrial workers and one representing the employers of such workers.
