Section 14(1) in The Company Law Board Regulations, 1991
(1)Subject to the provision of regulations 35 and 37, a petition to the Bench shall be prepared in Form No. 1 in Annexure II and presented by the petitioner in person or through authorized representative to the office of the Bench or be sent by registered post with acknowledgement due addressed to the Secretary or Bench Officer of the Bench concerned, as the case may be.
