(3)The Visitor shall have the power to call for any paper or information relating to the affairs of the University and on the basis of the information received by the Visitor, if he is satisfied that any order, proceeding, or decision taken by any authority of the University is not in conformity with the policy of the State Government in this regard or the provisions of this Act or the Rules, the Statutes, the Regulations or the Ordinances of the University, he may issue such directions as he may deem fit in the interest of the University and the directions so issued shall be complied with by the University.
