Section 84(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(1)The deposit made under rule 48, shall either be returned to the person making it or his legal representative or he forfeited to the Market Committee in accordance with the provisions of this rule.
