Section 74(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)After preparation of the results, the Secretary of the Board shall on careful verification certify before the declaration of result that the results of SSC/HSSC Examinations so prepared are as per the rules and norms of the Board.
