Section 45D(10) in The Banking Regulation Act, 1949
(10)Nothing in this section shall-(a)apply to a debt which has been secured by a mortgage of immovable property, if a third party has any interest in such immovable property; or(b)prejudice the rights of the official liquidator to recover any debt due to a banking company under any other law for the time being in force.
