. - (1) For the control and management of every school established under sub-section (1) of the preceding section a Superintendent and a Committee of visitors shall be appointed by the [State] [Substituted for the words 'East Punjab' by the Adaptation of Laws IIIrd amendment 1951.] Government and such Superintendent and Committee shall be deemed to be the Managers of the School for the purposes of this Act.(2)Every school certified under sub-section (2) of the preceding section shall be under the management of a governing body who shall be deemed to be the Managers of the school for the purposes of this Act.
