Section 7(13) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Election) Rules, 1994
(13)Wards and constituencies reserved for Backward Classes and Women by draw of loss in the first general election shall be excluded while drawing lots for such reservation in succeeding elections till the cycle is completed.
