Section 57(2) in Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975
(2)Save as otherwise provided in sub-section (6) of Sec. 42 or sub-section (7) of Section 43 or sub-section (1) of this section, the provision of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder shall have effect, notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law.
