Section 1 in The Jammu and Kashmir Fruit Nurseries (Licensing) Act, 1987
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Fruit Nurseries (Licensing) Act, 1987.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.(3)[ It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, appoint.] [The Act has been enforced in the State vide SRO-339, dated 27-10-1988 w.e.f. 1-10-1988.]
