Section 35(3) in The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1985
(3)If the articles are certified to be unfit for use the whole of the stock, or if the quantity is unreasonably large the excess may be destroyed under the order of the Collector. The person delivering the articles shall not be entitled to any compensation for any loss suffered in consequence of action taken under this rule.
