"Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for APPSC and learned Government Pleader for Services-lV.
This application is filed by the petitioners to suspend the supplementary notification No.17/2022 dated 26.09.2022, issued by the 3 respondent-APPSC, in so far as 12. Posts of Medical Officer (Homeopathy).
The challenge of the petitioner i in this application is that this Court by an interim order dated 23.10.2021 directed the respondents not to proceed with the recruitment to the extent of twelve posts of Medical Officers (Homeopathy) in pursuance of the Notification No.9 of 2021 dated 24.09.2021.
In view of the order dated 23.10.2021 passed by this Court, the respondents cannot proceed further in respect of the posts which were notified by virtue of Notification No.9 of 2021 dated 24.09.2021 by issuing any other notification or supplementary nositi cation.
On the other hand, the. learned standing counsel for APPSC and learned Government Pleader for Services-IlV, submitted written instructions dated 01.11.2022, specifically undertaking that it is only a supplementary notification to provide fair opportunity to all, duly calling again the applications from the eligible candidates, as the government has issued G.O.Rt.No.467 HM&FW Department :dated 14.06.2022 declaring the cadre of Medical Officers in AYUSH Department as "State cadre" instead of "Zonal cadre", to invite more applications from:the interested persons only. Learned counsel specifically undertakes before the Court that pursuant to the order dated 23.10.2021 passed by this: Court, the respondent authorities are not proceeding further to fill up the vacancies pursuant to the supplementary notification. Shoe In view of the specific undertaking given by learned standing counsel and learned Government Pleader, |: A 'No. 4 of 2022 is hereby disposed of.
