Section 51(4) in Jammu and Kashmir Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2018
(4)The certificate of registration granted under sub-section (2),-(a)shall, unless revoked under section 52 remain in force for such period as may be prescribed by the Government ;(b)may be renewed from time to time for a like period ; and(c)shall be in such form and shall be subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Government.
