Section 16(1) in Chhattisgarh Vishesh Kshetra (Achal Sampatti ka Vyayan) Niyam, 2008
(1)Lessee shall during the period of lease pay all rates taxes and all other charges due and becoming due in respect of the land and on immovable property thereupon.
