Section 68(2)(b) in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1957

(b)all powers, duties and functions of the Gram Panchayat or the Anchal Panchayat, as the case may be, shall, during the period of supersession, be exercised and performed by such authority, person or persons and in such manner as the prescribed authority may direct; and
