Section 29 in The Merchant Shipping (Examination of Engine Drivers of Sea-Going Ships) Rules, 1973
29. Issue of Certificate.
- When a candidate has successfully completed his examination he shall receive an Examiner's authority authorising the Principal Officer of the Mercantile Marine Department to whom it is addressed to issue the Certificate mentioned in the authority.
