04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction of this Court earlier in the writ petition, the proceeding against the Petitioner was dropped and further there was a direction to initiate a fresh proceeding against the Petitioner. However no such fresh de novo proceeding has been initiated against the Petitioner. Further the Authority has recorded an adverse entry in the CCR of the Petitioner. Aggrieved by such order, Petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that he has no instruction in the matter. Accordingly he prays for some time to take instruction in the matter whether a fresh proceeding ha been initiated against the Petitioner pursuant to the direction of this Court and further Page 1 of 2 // 2 // the principle of natural justice has been followed by the Opposite Parties in making any adverse entry.

4. List this matter in the week commencing 21.03.2022, by which date, learned State Counsel shall obtain instruction in the matter.
