Section 178A(1) in The M.P. Land Revenue Code, 1959
(1)If any Bhumiswami wishes to partition his holding assessed for purpose of agriculture under section 59 or any part thereof amongst his legal heirs during his life time, he may apply for partition of such holding or part thereof to the Tahsildar.
