Section 13(iv) in The U.P. Electricity Supply (Consumers) Regulations, 1984
(iv)The installation will be tested by the representative of the Supplier with due notice to the consumer who shall arrange for the presence of the electrical contractor or his representative at site at the appointed date and time to assist him for carrying out the test.
