        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P5 pending
   disposal of the above Writ Petition (Civil).

        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.GEORGE POONTHOTTAM, SENIOR ADVOCATE along with M/S.ABDUL RAOOF.P,
   K.R.AVINASH (KUNNATH), E.MOHAMMED SHAFI, RAJ CAROLIN V., Advocates for the

   to R4 & R6, the court passed the following:

After hearing the learned counsel on either side, I find that an attempt should be made to resolve the issue through mediation.

Accordingly, the parties are referred to the mediation Centre, High Court of Kerala. The authorised representative of the petitioner and the authorised officer of the 1st respondent, shall appear before the Nodal officer, Mediation Centre, High Court of Kerala at 10.15 a.m. on 21-06-2022.
