Section 12(4) in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
(4)Subject to the provisionsof this Act and the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations the powers and functions of the Pro-Vice-chancellorshall be determined by the Vice-Chancellor.
