Section 2(xxx) in The Chhattisgarh High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2003
(xxx)"Recognised University" means any University incorporated by law in India, or other University, which is declared by the Chief Justice to be a recognised University for the purpose of these Rules;
