We have heard Mr. T. S. Nanda Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner (Wife).
Office Report dated 15.04.2023 indicates that service of notice is complete on the sole respondent. None has however entered appearance.
Having considered the submissions and the pleadings in this case, we deem it appropriate to order transfer of F.C.O.P. No.468 of 2022 titled as “Penna Rushivardhan Reddy vs. Patnam Pravallika Reddy” pending before the Family Court, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh to Subordinate Judge, Alandur, Tamil Nadu. It is ordered accordingly.
The Family Court, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh shall send the case records to the transferee Court without any delay.
