Section 9 in The Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Management) Act, 1976
9. Power to give directions.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the State Government shall have power to give to an Administrator all such directions as it may consider necessary in regard to any matter connected with the administration or management of the institution, and the Administrator shall comply with such directions.
