[The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court] CM No.11284 of 2020 has been filed under Section 151 CPC for placing on record the Pedigree table of Balak Ram along with Jamabandies for various years as Annexures P-12 to P-19. MAIN CASE Petitoner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorati for quashing the order dated 24.11.2017 (P-3) passed by DDPO-cum-Collector Jalandhar/respondent no.3 whereby petition filed by the respondent No.4- Gram Panchayat under Section 7 of Punjab Village Common Land Act, was allowed and petitioner-Jasvinder Pal was ordered to be ejected from the property in dispute i.e. 12 Marlas bearing Khasra No.12 and further order 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 08-11-2020 22:32:24 ::: CWP No.8150 of 2020(O&M) #2# dated 29.11.2019 (P-7) passed by respondent No.2-Appellate Authority whereby appeal filed by the petitioner-Jasvinder Pal against order P-3 was dismissed.

At the time of hearing, learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner realizing that there have to be corresponding pleadings in the writ petition based on the aforesaid documents, prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition along with liberty to file a fresh petition with complete and detailed particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
