Section 1 in The Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
