Section 24 in The Bihar Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1960
24. Decision to be by majority of votes.
(1)Save as otherwise provided by this Act, every matter coming before the Market Committee shall be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and voting in the meeting.(2)In case of equality of votes the President of the meeting shall have a (sic) or casting vote.
