(4)If the Authority, after carefully examining the report as referred to in Clause-3 above, feels that actually there is threat to the structural stability of the building, the Authority shall declare the building unsafe for human habitation and cause disconnection of water supply and electricity to the building and initiate action for demolition of the building. The decision of the Authority in this regard shall be published as referred to in Regulation 14.
