Issue notice to the respondents in the main petition as well as application seeking interim relief, returnable within four weeks.
Requisites for service within one week. Meanwhile, the respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a speaking order, which shall form part of the objections, to be filed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2. It is further provided that till further orders from this Court, the petitioner shall continue to deposit the monthly maintenance, as directed by respondent No.2 in the Registry of this Court regularly.
