15A. [ Revision. [Inserted by Act 38 of 1976 w.e.f. 1.1.1977]
- The Commissioner for Transport may [x x x] call for and examine the records of any proceedings under this Act of any authority subordinate to him for the purpose of satisfying himself as to the correctness, legality, or propriety of such proceedings and may either annul, reverse, modify or confirm such order or pass such order as he may deem fit:Provided that no order shall be annulled, reversed or modified except after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the person affected by that order.]
