The appellant came late after the hearing from the public authority is over. The Public

FACTS
2. The appellant submitted that through his RTI application dt. 3172012 he sought information on action taken about the complaint dt. 652012 made by him, what procedure is adopted to deal with such complaints and the number of such complaints received in May 2012, etc. PIO gave reply on 12102012 and FAA by his order dt. 6112012 directed the PIO to reprovide information on question No.2 of the RTI application to the appellant, which has been complied with by the PIO.

Decision:
3. Heard the submissions. The respondent authority submits that they had asked the appellant to come for inspection of record and after inspection he had procured some documents. Thereafter, he did not seek any further documents. The Commission directs the respondent authority/Mr. Kaushik, PIO/DDE, to furnish information to the appellant, regarding the action taken on the appellant's complaint dt.6.52012 against the Sanwal Das Memorial School, Kotla Mubarak Pur, New Delhi, within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
4. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
