Section 19(1) in The Kerala Document Writers Scribes and Stamp Vendors Welfare Fund Act, 2012
(1)The Government may, at any lime, appoint an officer not below the rank of a Secretary to Government as enquiry officer to enquire into the working of the Board and to submit report to the Government.
