Section 4(1) in The Tamil Nadu Borstal Schools Act, 1925
(1)The [State Government] [Words 'Provincial Government' was substituted for the words 'Local Government' by the Adaptation Order of 1937 and the word 'State' was substituted for 'Provincial' by the Adaptation Order of 1950.] may [x x x] [Word 'classification' was omitted by section 2(ii)(b) by the Adaptation Order of 1950.] make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
