Section 60(1) in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
(1)Without prejudice to the powers to make rules under any other provisions of this Act, the Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, make rules for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.
