Section 7C in DELHI HIGHER JUDICIAL SERVICE RULES, 1970
7C. Selection for appointment by direct recruitment.-
The High Court, before making recommendations to the Administrator, shall invite applications by advertisement and may require the applicants to give such particulars as it may prescribe and shall hold written examination(s) and viva voce test in the manner as prescribed in the Appendix to the Rules and in the subjects with the syllabi as prescribed by the High Court from time to time.
