Section 12(a) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969
(a)unless provided otherwise by this Act or prevented by reasonable cause-(i)to convene and preside over all meetings of the Board and(ii)otherwise to control, in accordance with any regulations to be made in this behalf, the transaction of business at all meetings of the Board;
