(1)The Chairman, Secretary or any member of the Board may, at any time, resign his office by submitting his resignation to [State Government] [Substituted by Punjab Act 21 of 1978.]. No such resignation shall take effect until it is accepted.(2)Any vacancy of a Chairman, Secretary or a member shall be filled as early as practicable.
