83. Payment of commuted rent.-
The rent commuted under the provisions of section 82 shall become payable from June next following the date of the order and shall remain in force for three agricultural years unless, at the end of such period, the landlord and the tenant, by a joint application made to the sub-divisional officer, get the period extended for any terms agreed upon between them.Arrears
