Section 20(2) in The Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1960
(2)The licence and the plan and description, if any, attached thereto shall be produced on demand by the Licensing Authority or by any officer authorised by it or by these Rules to enter a place licensed under Section 5 of the Act.The licensee, his servants and agents shall comply with orders issued by the Licensing Authority or by the Inspecting Officers from time to time or as occasion arises, for the safety or convenience of the public or for the preservation of order or of the public peace.
