Section 34 in The Orissa Minerals (Prevention Of Theft, Smuggling And Other Unlawful Activities) Act, 1988
34. Exemption
The Government may, by notification, exempt any person or class of persons from the purview of this Act, provided the minerals/ores is stored/carried for a scientific test and research work only.
